If your state is interested in partnering with JSC to establish a NASA High School Aerospace Scholars program, please consider the roles and responsibilities associated with creating and offering the project in your state.
NASA:
- Coordinate with partner to replicate High School Aerospace Scholars in its state
- Collaborate on the exchange of project products, information and resources
- Share curriculum and instructional practices
- Coordinate a yearly meeting with partners to discuss lessons learned, best practices, and future year planning
- Review and approve the state specific curriculum for partner’s use
Partner:
- Coordinate with JSC to create a model for replication
- Collaborate on the exchange of project products, information and resources
- Hold a minimum of one event every summer/annually at approved site
- Receive approval for state specific curriculum from JSC prior to implementing
- Participate in a yearly meeting with JSC to share lessons learned, best-practices, and future plans
